Returns & Shipping Policy

You may return or exchange (where available) your Moiraè Studio purchase for any reason, subject to adherence to the following terms. 

Requests for returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.


Sale Items

No refunds or exchanges on sale items unless faulty or required by law. Full Priced items purchased with a promotional discount code are still eligible for return.


Returning your Online Purchase

We recommend that items are returned to us via courier or registered post to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.

  • Email to request return with individual RA number within 14 days of shipment.
  • Complete returns form with your individual RA number. This must be completed and sent to us with your return.

  • Repackage your item(s) in their original presentation and return to (at your cost) to:

  • You will be notified by email once your return has been processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed from the delivery date. 

Faulty Returns

We aim to provide you with Products of the highest standard and quality. If you believe your Product is Faulty, you may, within a reasonable time after purchase, make a return via our Returns Process.


Further Information

Moiraè Studio is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
